Beautiful location, lovely rooms. Staff very kind, friendly, offering directions, dinner suggestions, water etc every time you walk in. We asked for an extra blanket and housekeeping was standing at our door with it when we got there! Because the pool heater was out, the desk clerk removed the $30 a day resort fee. We do wish we had more time to just be at the resort.

The staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and so nice! Saturday there was a pool party for all ages and it was so much fun. The atmosphere and vibes were on point. They also have canoes and kayaks that you can use for the lake, which was pretty neat. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was my second stay! We love it here! It is so special! The views of the lake and mountains are gorgeous! I love the spacious balcony or patio! My husband and I celebrated our 40th Anniversary here and enjoyed simply walking around the grounds. Dinner and lunch were delicious! They also have bike rentals! The price is incredible! We will be back again and again!

The room was clean, and the size of the bathroom was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were just right. We had a patio walk out, and it took us straight to the pool, and we could see the lake from our sliding glass door. Beautiful view and location. Very safe area and very nice. The staff was amazing , very kind and helpful. The gym I just walked in, and it looked very clean and well maintained. They offer lemon water throughout the hotel, and it is very refreshing. The housekeeping staff is awesome, very attentive, and helpful. The pool was nice and relaxing. The lake was a key to our stay as well. You can kayak and paddle the boat, and it is all included in your reservation.
